Attangle 07
Since February this year I’m working on a careful redesign of the Attangle rules. An improved version seems to be necessary because in the current version a solid defensive strategy played by White can lead to a sure win. Again, Peter Danzeglocke pointed that out.
The new rules will have some implications on the general strategy, and introduce some new aspects. In my view the game will get better (even more).
I’ll introduce the new rules (which are preferable) as soon as possible. The original rules will be kept as a variant.

Nürnberg Toy Fair 2007
I was at the Toy Fair last Sunday meeting some friends and checking up new products and their publishers (of course). I had the opportunity to meet Kris Burm at his stand and we played one game of Abande. It was a nice day.

2006 Abande Super Duper Champion
This year’s Abande tournament at Super Duper Games is finished!
dtroyka won the finale against jeep with 17-10 points. Congratulations and thanks to all participants! It was a very good tournament.

2006 super duper tournament
March 5th, 2006 – October 4th, 2006
This is the very first Abande tournament. After introducing the game to the public in December 2005 that’s a very short time, but it will be fun, I’m sure!
First of all, I would like to thank Aaron of Super Duper Games to make this all possible. Super Duper Games is the perfect place for Abande and I’m glad to be a member and meet so many nice people sharing the same interest in abstract gaming. So, a special thank goes to all participants. I was very pleased to see so many players showing interest in this little game.
